What is Scooteroo?

Scooteroo is the leading centre of e-rideable in Western Australia and across the country. We offer a wide range of best-selling electric scooters, electric bikes, and electric skateboards.

Where is Scooteroo located?

We currently have three showrooms located in Western Australia.

What are Scooteroo’s store hours?

Our showrooms are open daily with the following store hours:

Monday to Friday: 10:00 am to 6:00 pm

Saturday: 10:00 am to 5:00 pm

Sunday: 11:00 am to 5:00 pm

Please note that our Midland showroom is closed on Sundays.

What personal mobility devices do you offer?

We offer a wide range of electric scooters, including commuter, compact sport, and high-performance models.

Our brands currently include BLVD, Bolzzen, CycleBoard, Dualtron, EleKtro, Kintech, Mearth, Razor, VSETT, and more.

We also offer electric bikes from Sur-Ron and electric skateboards, including models from Evolve.

How do I order an e-scooter?

You have two options: visit one of our showrooms or order online.

If you order from our online shop, simply browse through our extensive collection of e-rides and click one.

When you’re ready to purchase, choose your payment option, fill out your contact details and shipping address, and hit continue.

We’ll let you know once your order has been processed and shipped!

RENT-A-SCOOT
What e-scooter model do you have for rent?

We currently offer the Mearth RS electric scooter, a long-range e-scooter that can go up to 65 km. It’s one of the best rides to get around the city.

How can I rent an electric scooter?

You can book a rental during your preferred date and time via our website.

You can pick up your e-scooter rental at our Osborne Park or Victoria Park Showroom.

SHIPPING
When can I receive my order?

We process and ship your order within one to two business days, except for weekends and holidays. Once shipped, we’ll provide a tracking number to help you follow its progress.

Please note that we can’t control how long it takes to reach you once we ship your item. Also, shipments may be delayed if we receive many orders. So, kindly allow additional days for the courier to reach you. 

Rest assured that we’ll update you if there’s a significant shipment delay.

Here’s a general delivery timetable:

WA Metro: within 1-2 business days

WA Country: within 2-4 business days

Interstate deliveries: 7-14 days

Where do you ship?

We ship across Australia! 

Unfortunately, we don’t ship outside of Australia. But our team is working on expanding to other countries and serving more e-riders. Follow us on our Facebook page to get the latest news about Scooteroo.

How much is the shipping fee?

The shipping fee varies but will be calculated and displayed at checkout, so there are no hidden fees. We use Australia Post and local couriers to ship your item.

MAINTENANCE & REPAIR
Do you accept maintenance servicing and repairs?

Yes! Scooteroo has a team of expert mechanics to help you maintain or repair your e-ride.

Typical servicing includes checking the brakes, lights, battery, suspension, screws, and overall condition of your unit.

We can also help you repair damages to your ride.

How do I book a maintenance check or repair?

Please book a service or repair appointment via our website. Please note that repairs won’t be done immediately as it takes time.

REFUND
Do you accept refunds or exchanges?

If you bought from our showroom, we offer a full refund or exchange for unopened, brand new, and unused e-rides (within 7 days of purchase). A 15% restocking fee will apply.

If you bought online, we offer a full refund if the item has not been shipped. If it has been shipped out, we offer a refund if:

  • It is within 7 days of receiving the item
  • The item has been returned and received by our warehouse
  • The item is brand new and unused upon inspection
